Brand and product materials

URG trademarks, logos, product appearance, videos, multimedia, product specifications, public marketing statements, and role claims require documented manufacturer approval before publication.

Availability and support

Product availability, delivery timelines, warranty language, maintenance responsibilities, deployment-support scope, and territory language must be confirmed in approved written materials before any final sales mode is enabled. The current reservation deposit is not a completed robot purchase.
